It is the primary responsibility of the Room Reservation Clerk to input reservations. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Circus Circus Reno policies, practices and procedures. Specific Job Functions: • Guest courtesy at all times • Answer incoming reservation calls, inputting reservations. • Complete reservation forms and input cancellations, modifications, reservations. • Modify and/or cancel reservations; search for missing reservations. • Understand room availability • Performs other job related duties as assigned.
• Pleasant personality, ability for detail, good telephone manners and communication skills. • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, in both written and oral forms. • Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. • Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to Circus Circus Reno standards. • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. • High School diploma or equivalent is required. • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
